Admission

BPA (Hon's) Bachelor of Performing Arts:

The department admits a forty students to the first year of the program each year. Selection for admission is made on the basis of the students performance in the admission test arranged by the central admission committee of the university. The university announces the minimum requisite qualifications and other particulars regarding admission through newspaper circulations each year.

Master of Performing Arts (MPA):

Regular students who have successfully completed their BPA (Hon's) degree from the department are automatically selected for admission into this program.

M.Phil. & Phd:

The announcement inviting, proposal for research work under these programs is given by the university authority each year usually in the beginning of every calendar year. Not only the students of the department but also students from other universities meeting the criteria can avail themselves of these programs.
